If you asked any of my friends, they would probably tell you I am not the ‘adventurous’ type. In fact, when I told my mom I was whitewater rafting in Colorado and then going camping afterwards she let out a little chuckle. In my defense, never really got used to camping when I was a kid because my mom hated it so much when her parents used to take her (which is also why I was never brought skiing as a child). Anyways, I digress, here is my proof I went rafting….and I totally loved it (though my facial expression here may say otherwise)! I had my feet anchored inside the boat for dear life. I thought it was so cool that I could purchase this digital image of my trip from a photography company that stakes out rafts along the river.
Still sorting out Colorado images, including an almost E session I shot while I was there, so more on that later. I’ll leave you with an image from the camp at Buena Vista just before sunset … makes all the long underwear, bugs, and rain worth it.
