Gavin | Newborn Photography in Milton MA

I photographed this little guy, Gavin, back in March and he was such a sweetie pie and a great sleeper. Mom and Dad were absolutely smitten with their new baby boy, and I’m sure you can see why – look at those cheeks! As with all my newborn portrait sessions I traveled to their home and got to work capturing a variety of looks for them to remember the first few days of Gavin’s life. As much as I love working with the baby alone, I always make sure to create portraits of parents cradling their new baby, and snuggling with their newborn – they will never be this small again or fit into your hands so perfectly! Greg and JeeYoung wanted a portrait of Gavin with his eyes open, which can be challenging at this young age because it is hard for newborns to focus their eyes. Of course I had to try. At the end of the session they gently woke Gavin up from his nap and I got this shot – look at those eyes staring right at me! :) Thank you Greg & JeeYoung for trusting me to create these portraits of Gavin as an infant, I look forward to visiting again!
