Bring to Light Photography Blog » Boston Baby and Child Photographer Taslim Sidi

I turned the four way flashers on and double parked in the Back Bay, unloading all my studio supplies for this session! Parents are sometimes surprised by the mountain of supplies I bring to each newborn session, but my smallest clients seem to require the most equipment ;) Never the less, I absolutely love photographing newborns, and you can see why! How adorable is Nathan? His Korean name is HeeSoo and I think its so unique. Once we got him fed he was an absolute joy to photograph and I got quite a few ‘favorite’ images from this newborn portrait session!

Thank you MiJung and Young for sharing your baby boy with me!

A couple weeks ago I met up with Kate, a close friend and blogger extraordinaire to update her headshots (or lack thereof). Boston Area Professionals, free yourself from the idea that headshots have to look boring and corporate – especially if you are a writer, blogger, chef or artisan. Check out Kate’s fabulous blog dedicated to all things fashion, pop culture, and decor, DomestiKated Life.

  • Kate - It takes a verrrrry talented photographer to get me to look like that :)

Hi friends. It’s been a *whirlwind* summer but I’m still here! Need to get caught up on the blog and one of these actually look through my Italy photos…. can’t complain about being busy but it does have a way of making life crazy!

Wanted to share a fun senior session I shot while up in Vermont last month. Isn’t Taylor stunning?? I actually photographed her (equally beautiful) sister’s senior portraits several years ago, and I was happy to have another chance to work with this family. Taylor picked out some really cool outfits and shoes (most that I wouldn’t have been able to walk more than a couple feet in!) and we headed off to create some beautiful portraits. Sharing a few of my favorites – plus the front of Taylor’s awesome graduation announcements.

Thanks T for a great afternoon.
